| Owning Designs |

| - Do not resell more than the character was bought for, If it was for free then they would go as it was until more art has been added onto |
| - Do not remove my Watermarks. They are my design that I have made, period. |
| - Do not steal my designs, Especially removing my credit on Toyhouse and Artfight. |
| Commissions |

| - There must be a proper reference of the character you wish for me to draw, such as if you were to have me draw a fullbody of the character, there must be a fullbody art piece for that type. Otherwise, if theres only a headshot art reference i had only to use, I will only work with making you a headshot using that reference. |
| - I do not work with text descriptions. |
| - I will not draw characters that are made from a doll/oc maker, If it was drawn by you or someone else, I will use that art as a reference. |
| - Do not repost my art whatsoever. You can only post my art on Toyhouse and Artfight (where you can credit me, the artist, there). |
| - I will refuse to draw any sort of NSFW or fetishes. Do not pressure or bribe me to draw NSFW, I refuse to do any of that. It makes me extremely uncomfortable. |
| - "If" you were to commission me for customs, It must follow my TOS beforehand. I will need a Aesthetic, Gender, Species and General Colors. |
| - I will not draw lineart for you to color in for your commission. |
| Adopts |

| - You may not resell my adopts that I designed more than their worth when first bought unless they have more artwork made in their gallery. That includes if they were sold during a sale. |
| - If the OC youve gotten was for free, Do not sell them whatsoever and they will be priced as "free". However if they have artwork in their gallery that was paid for, they can be priced under the amount of payment as the commissioned art they were given. |
| - You may change the design, but not to the point they are not recognized. |
| - I forbid any type of reposting the adoptable on any site besides Toyhouse and Artfight that you can credit me there. Please do not repost art anywhere else. |
| - Do not copy my designs. Period. |
| - Do not mark as kin. |
| - Once you claim one of my adopts to purchase, Payment must be made within 24 hours. |
| - After the file for the adopt that was given, There is no changing it in order to protect myself from art/design theft. To resell or trade that design, read above. |
| Trades and Collabs |

| - In art trades, I will wait until your part is finished before showing my part of the trade. If the other person in the trade drops out, the art will be discarded. |
| - In design trades, I will provide WIPs as I work on it, then I will wait until your part is finished before showing my part. If the other person in the trade drops out, the design will be marked to be sold. |
| - In collabs, I will do my part as normally as I would, then I will pass on to the next person for it, however if I was the last to finish the collab or so, the last person will be the one posting it. If a person in the collab drops out, either the art will be discarded or finished by me and the other persons. |
| - I will not draw characters that are made from a doll/oc maker, If it was drawn by you or someone else, I will use that art as a reference. |
If any of these were to be broken, It could lead the consumer to be Blacklisted.
